Arnold’s “Coming Out” Commercial (or number 5)

Unfortunately for us, Arnold’s “coming out” is not in the gay sense. No, in this commercial, the director, another from the “WTF” school of directing, decided the best image would be for the strongman to….come out….of her head. Not kidding.
Because that really convinces me to buy an energy drink.

Can you think of a better reason why the director would shoot this….?
